  27.      As the exclusive copyright holder for EZ-Index for National Geographic,
  28.      E-Z Access Software Ltd. authorizes the distribution only in accordance
  29.      with the following restrictions.

  31.      The EZ-Index for National Geographic package is defined as containing
  32.      all the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files
  33.      listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are
  34.      missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.
  35.      Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.
  36.      We ask if this file is over 12 month old to contact us for an update.
  37.      See the section on DISTRIBUTION POLICY and RESTRICTIONS below to see
  38.      if they pertain to your operation.

  93.       EZ-Index for National Geographic is a reference index of the articles
  94.       published in the National Geographic Magazine.
  95.  
  96.       A user can search the EZ-Index by title, author, photographer,
  97.       illustrator and by subject matter.  The articles have been CATEGORIZED
  98.       by subject matter using KEYWORDS.  Example: ARCHAEOLOGY, BIOLOGY, etc.
  99.       If an article was on the Tower of London, the keywords, London and
  100.       England would be added to indicate the geographical location.

  102.       Examples of use:
  103.       1) Your child needs information for a school project dealing with
  104.      the environment. You could conduct a search of the index using the
  105.      keyword "environment."  Once you've located the issues containing
  106.      articles on the environment, you can review the articles referenced.
  107.      Using the print feature you can print a list of the referenced
  108.      articles.

  110.       2) You're planning a trip to England and want to review all the
  111.      articles published in the National Geography Magazine dealing with
  112.      England.  You could initiate a search of the EZ-Index using the
  113.      word England.

  137.    5) DISTRIBUTION POLICY

  140.      Authorization is automatically granted to ASP vendors in good standing
  141.      and may begin offering the EZ-INDEX program immediately, subject to the
  142.      guidelines below.

  146.      If you want to distribute the EZ-Index programs commercially we state:

  148.      1) If the date is past 1/1/97 you contact E-Z Access Software Ltd.
  149.     for the latest version/update.

  151.      2) All the files listed in PACKING.LST for the EZ-Index program
  152.     must be distributed in a "complete" and unmodified package.  If
  153.     any of the files listed in the PACKING.LST file is absent, then
  154.     distribution is forbidden.  Contact us for a complete package.
  155.  
  156.      3) The EZ-Index program CANNOT be used in a promotion without written
  157.     permission.  This includes ASP approved and non ASP vendors!
  158.  
  159.      4) The EZ-Index CANNOT be distributed or sold via "retail rack"
  160.     without written permission.  No vendor is excluded!
  161.  
  162.      5) Distributors who charge a fee for copying and distributing the
  163.     program MUST acknowledge that the fee does not cover the cost of
  164.     REGISTERING the program.

  166.      6) The EZ-Index program cannot be BUNDLED with some other software
  167.     package without written permission from E-Z Access Software Ltd.
  168.     ASP approved Vendors are exempt if ASP guidelines are followed.
  169.     This does not include exemption from item 3 and 4 above.

  171.      7) Distributors who acknowledge and support the shareware principle,
  172.     that all shareware, if "used" by individuals or companies MUST be
  173.     registered can distribute the program.  This statement DOES NOT
  174.     relieve non-ASP distributor from the criteria set out above.
